We are pleased to report your PITTSBURG STATE UNIVERSITY ALUMNI ASSOCIATION is continuing to expand the amounts and types of benefits provided to our constituents.  Our specially-crafted travel program is a major component of these benefits.  Whether you want to travel on your own or with a group it provides unlimited availability and saves you both time and money.

In cooperation with Cheyenne Travel Agency, Inc. dba Please Go Away™ Vacations, a Kansas based full service travel company founded in 1966, which  has specialized in arranging special travel experiences for both individuals and groups since that time to all seven continents of the world, we have developed two unique travel programs featuring exceptional quality and value.  The business credo of this travel leader is "Small Town Caring - Worldwide - Since 1966" and their services are at "no extra costs" to you.

With these special programs:

• Special Pittsburg State University savings and benefits are in place for all persons having an affiliation of any type with the University (past or present) 
• These special savings are "in addition and on top of" all other savings and benefits that may already be in place for your planned travels
• All special savings and benefits also extend to all other members of your travel party, even if they do not have a Pittsburg State University affiliation
• When you take advantage of our special travel arranagements the University Alumni Association also benefits by receiving matching monetary contributions

Program #1 - Feature Travel

Of special interest are the personally escorted value-added group FEATURE TRAVEL experiences offered by Cheyenne Travel Agency, Inc. dba Please Go Away™ Vacations.  This is an intentionally limited number of FEATURE TRAVEL opportunities that contain multiple additional "features" included in the one price paid.  Among these are included roundtrip air flights from Wichita, Kansas (other departure cities are available) and travel protection against cancellations and other unforeseen circumstances.  This included travel protection continues through the completion of the tour. 

Unlike competing programs that require multiple components be added to the inital offering at considerable expense, a FEATURE TRAVEL price "includes" everything referenced in the brochure. There are no hidden charges or unexpected expenses - everything referenced in the brochure is included in the price shown on the brochure.

Current FEATURE TRAVEL departures with remaining availability open to a four-page detailed brochure when you click on the "featured" tours appearing in the right-hand column of this page.  Early reservation deposits as detailed in each brochure are urged.  Reservation books for these special one-of-a-kind experiences are normally closed six to eight months prior to departure.  With the provided travel protection including unforeseen cancellations you are protected when you act early to secure your spaces. 

Program #2 - As You Like It Travel

Association special savings also extend to all programs of financially stable and reputable cruise lines, travel companies, tour operators, and resorts worldwide. When taking advantage of this benefit there are no extra charges for the services of Cheyenne Travel Agency, Inc. dba Please Go Away™ Vacations whose full-time travel professionals are individually present before, during, and after your travels to address any concerns and answer any questions you may have. This additional no cost benefit allowing you to travel "as you like" is available through the AS YOU LIKE IT TRAVEL division of Cheyenne Travel Agency, Inc. dba Please Go Away™ Vacations

The special AS YOU LIKE IT TRAVEL program:

• Is ideal for individuals, couples, families, groups of friends, and more
• Is able to capture all special promotional savings, bonuses, past-passenger benefits, and perks available from all travel companies and cruise lines on top of which the special Pittsburg State University Alumni Association savings are applied
• Is applicable to all the programs of every quality and financially stable cruise line, travel company, tour operator, and resort of which you may be aware.  This even extends to past-passenger offers made by these individual companies
