SPECIAL PRIVATE ON BOARD MUSICAL PERFORMANCES WITH DALENA At no additional cost you will be invited to attend private on board musical performances in a close and intimate cabaret setting allowing you to interact with Dalena and the rest of her special group travelers. You will learn about interesting and unusual happenings that she has experienced in her years as a professional entertainer. And, you'll be treated to some of the finest musical renditions by one of America's truly great talents. PRIVATE SHIPBOARD PARTIES AND PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES Dalena will host private shipboard get togethers that are designed just to have fun, to get to know each other on a first name basis, and to provide the opportunity to take all the pictures you want. She will be pleased to sign autographs, as well. What a great time for you to ask questions and make a new friend. PERSONAL MEMORY PHOTO CD OF YOUR CRUISE/TOUR Throughout both of Dalena's special Princess cruise/tours candid photographs of each member of her group will be taken. There will also be a number of scenery photos taken, capturing the beauty of what you have seen. All of these will be combined and made into a personal Memory Photo CD that each tour member will receive absolutely free of charge following the cruise/tour. The pictures, which will be incorporated with appropriate background music, will bring back pleasant memories and will also allow you to share your experiences that you will have enjoyed with others. Everyone reserving by the "early reservation date" shown on the brochure describing each of Dalena's special departures will receive a $50 per person shipboard credit. This will be for you to use as you desire - on shore excursions, shipboard purchases, bar expenses, etc. This is a way for Dalena to say "thank you" for reserving early. Everyone reserving the the "early reservation date" shown on the brochure describing each of Dalena's special departures will be able to secure their reservations with a reduced reservation deposit. Everyone benefits when you reserve early. You receive the best selection of stateroom categories and choice of dining times and Dalena is able to show the cruise line that she needs the staterooms she is holding in her special group allotments. And, the earlier you reserve the more questions you are able to ask. Every question will be promptly and completely answered. All questions are very important, and are treated as such. ALL INCLUSIVE PRICING (NO SURPRISES OR HIDDEN CHARGES AND TAXES) Most advertisements and brochures never tell the whole story as to what a cruise is going to cost. Their leader prices are quite often designed to make you feel like you are getting an exceptional price, and only after you are well into the reservation process are you told about the hidden charges and taxes that will drive up the ending price substantially. Rather than take this approach, Dalena has chosen to tell you "up front" and in "plain terms" what the prices are - and what they include. Nothing is hidden from you. You are invited to compare. We know when you do you will choose to "go away" with Dalena on one of her cruise/tours. Dalena's 2 special Princess departures are much more than just a cruise. Both feature included pre-cruise land experiences allowing for overnighting before departing on the cruise along with included sightseeing of the area. On the Mexican Riviera departure participants will enjoy an included hotel night and an in depth tour of Los Angeles before boarding the included transfers to the waiting cruise ship. On the Alaska Adventure 4 nights will be spent in Alaska before beginning the cruise across the Gulf of Alaska, College Fjord, Glacier Bay and the Inside Passage. 2 of the nights will be spent in Fairbanks where you will enjoy panning for gold, touching the Alaska Pipeline, riding the Discovery River Boat (Alaska's #1 tourist attraction), petting sled dogs, watching eskimos trap and preserve their fish, etc. You will then board a train for a scenic trip to Mt. McKinley National Park. En route you will enjoyed unmatched views of meadows and mountains from the comfort of your reserved seats and by means of unobstructed viewing through the glass coverings of your private ultradome rail car. The 3rd night will be spent at Princess Denali Lodge at Mt. McKinley National Park from which you will enjoy an included wildlife and nature tour into the park's interior. For the 4th night you will enjoy the natural beauty of Mt. McKinley Lodge deep within the park (this lodge is the nearest to Mt. McKinley of any Alaska lodge). Cross your fingers and hope for Mt. Denali to uncover itself from its own weather system. When it does it's a magnificent sight and one best seen from Mt. McKinley Lodge. Then it's on another train to our waiting cruise ship. On the way the engineer has been known to stop the train to allow photos of wild animals grazing along the track. Already included in prices shown on each brochure is travel protection insurance with AIG Travel Guard. This coverage provides protection for covered reasons of your travel investment by paying reimbursements to you for expenses incurred for cancellations of yourself, your traveling companion, members of your families, etc. In addition, protection is provided for trip interruptions, damaged/lost luggage, medical expenses, etc. Every person reserved will receive complete details of this valuable protection. Provided insurance does not provide protection for change of mind or other non-covered reasons. Again, compare. Others programs normally don't include this coverage for you in their published pricing. AVAILABLE AIR FARE FROM YOUR HOME AREA Airfare is easily obtained from a gateway city near most of your home areas. Representative fares are shown on each brochure. We will be pleased to provide you with your airfare, or you are free to obtain your own travel arrangements. Travelers quite often use frequent flyer miles. Whatever your personal desires please let us know and we will be pleased to assist you fully. INFORMATIONAL MEMOS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE Each reserved traveler will receive a complete series of informational memos prior to departure. These are forwarded at different and appropriate times designed to answer questions in increments as opposed to "loading up" travelers with a lot of information at the last minute. Additionally, having multiple memos tends to generate additional questions, which we will glady answer for the entire group. Most memos are received nearer time of departure. Approximately 3 weeks priod to departure each traveler will receive a complete set of cruise documents, luggage tags, air confirmations, etc. Each travel experience is unique unto itself. Depending upon the specific departure additional information and travel components may be provided. |
