Please allow us to introduce ourselves. We are Jayne Heller and Malinda Walker, full time members of the Smoky Hills Public Television team. One of our very pleasant responsibilities is being co-coordinators of the station's very exciting travel program designed especially to serve the needs of our viewers. These goals are accomplished by providing unmatched travel experiences and opportunities for "anytime on-your-own" travels; as well as select personally hosted programs to exciting destinations, both near and far. The personally hosted programs are part of our special COME ALONG TRAVEL CLUB. Both of us get to serve as your personal hosts on these special departures. COME ALONG TRAVEL CLUB

Smoky Hills Public Television, providing quality programming to the western two-thirds of Kansas and parts of adjacent states, celebrated its Silver Anniversary in 2007 with extensive promotional events and the creation of increased membership benefits. Foremost among the new membership benefits was a continuing program of extensive travel opportunities developed and operated in cooperation with Please Go Away™ Vacations. Benefits include both select personally escorted experiences as well as savings for members that prefer to travel "on their own". The COME ALONG TRAVEL CLUB is a no-cost organization of travelers that enjoy our exclusive and money-saving travel opportunities.

Available to all members and their families, the multi-tiered travel benefits program (with special savings, bonuses and perks for SMOKY HILLS PUBLIC TELEVISION members) consists of:
- A series of select personally hosted experiences featuring both short and longer itineraries; with convenient Kansas departure points, and which offer the comfort, safety, savings, security, camaraderie and ease of group travel. Special considerations are present for those members who may not, for whatever reason, have a traveling companion. A special departure is May has been announced and additional departures for the remainder of 2007 and 2008 will be revealed soon.
- A wide-ranging separate program designed for those members who prefer non-group experiences. This is ideal for individuals, couples, families and friends that prefer to have more freedom in travel, while at the same time having the ease, savings and security of leisure vacation and cruise packages arranged for them by someone who is "right here" before, during and after their travels to address any questions or concerns that arise.

- DANIEL O"DONNELL'S PBS TV SPECIAL TAPING - November 22/25. By special arrangements a limited number of prized seats have been secured for this outstanding Branson event. Each person fortunate enough to reserve in time to be part of our special departure will be a member of the live audience that sees and hears first what millions of PBS Television viewers will see in the future. You will always be able to say, "I was there". In addition to O'Donnell, there will be a host of other included shows and events.
- CELTIC THUNDER - December 12/14, 2008. If you enjoyed "Celtic Woman" on PBS you'll especially enjoy this brand new male counterpart performing live at the Wells Fargo Theatre in Denver. Comprised of 5 male vocalists and their supporting cast, this group will provide a memorable evening of Irish entertainment. (Special bonus for Come Along Travel Club - special back stage personal meeting and visit with the stars of Celtic Thunder for the first 28 people to reserve). It will be the holiday season and as a special included event our group will also enjoy a special viewing of "Blossoms of Light" (more than 1 million electric lights illuminating the structures and plants of Denver Botanic Garden). 4 included meals. - ALASKA ADVENTURE -- July 28/August 8, 2009. You will want to reserve early to be able to join your friends and neighbors on this annual "sellout". Contact us to let us know of your interest - when you do we'll make sure you receive a detailed and descriptive brochure by return mail or email.
- WASHINGTON, DC WEEK -- September 5/11, 2009. This is an in depth experience of our nation's capital along with its historically rich surrounding areas. You'll stay right in the heart of our Capital City at the hotel that is nearest the Capitol Building.
- CANYONS, COWBOYS & CADILLACS -- June 3/5, 2009. Enjoy a delightful short and inexpensive frolic in Texas - included in the highlights will be experiencing the second-largest canyon in the U.S. - good food and enjoyable entertainment will abound
